From the trail to a Nairobi office
Born and raised in Kenya, Fredrick developed a deep passion for nature, adventure and cultural diversity, which inspired him to begin his career as a safari guide.
Recognizing the need for more meaningful and responsible tourism, he founded Friends Life Adventure to connect people with the authentic spirit of the region while supporting local communities and conservation.
Today the company offers tailor-made safaris, trekking, cultural tours, wildlife expeditions, beach holidays and community-based travel throughout Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and the coast.
