Arrival and checkout
Tell us the day you land and the day you leave. We hold camps and permits against those dates — nothing is confirmed until you say yes.
Pay the deposit
30% of the programme. Permits are paid in full. Balance 42 days before you fly.
Travel with your guide
Airport meet, WhatsApp line, and the same Nairobi desk until you land home.
